Who I am
Josie Kincaid is an independent virtual assistant based in Charlotte, North Carolina. You can reach me at hello@josiekincaid.com.
What I collect
When you use the contact form or book a call, I collect your name, email address, business name and the message you send. I don’t ask for passwords, payment details or client information through this website.
How I use it
I use your details to reply to you, prepare our call and, if we work together, send agreements and invoices. I never sell your information.
Who I share it with
Your details are stored with the tools that run this website and my business, such as my email provider, scheduling tool and invoicing software. Each one keeps your data under its own privacy policy.
How long I keep it
If we don’t work together, I delete your messages after 12 months. Client records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you. Write to hello@josiekincaid.com and I’ll reply within 30 days.
Terms of service
Services
Services are described in a written agreement signed before any work starts. As an independent contractor, I am not your employee.
Payments
Monthly plans are billed in advance. One-time projects are billed half at the start and half on delivery. Unused hours roll over as described in your agreement.
Confidentiality
I sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving any access. I don’t share your business information with anyone outside my team.
Changes and cancellations
You can change, pause or stop your plan with 30 days’ notice. Access to your accounts is removed the day our work ends.
