Hi, I’m Josie.
I’m a virtual assistant in Charlotte, North Carolina. I take the admin off the plates of coaches, therapists, online shops and small agencies, and every Friday I tell them exactly what I did.

For seven years I ran the front office of an interior design studio in Charlotte. Clients, vendors, deliveries, invoices and three calendars that never agreed: I kept all of it moving, and I loved it.
In 2020, a few of the studio’s clients asked if I could do the same for their own businesses, a few hours a week, from home. That was the start. Today I work with eleven small businesses across the US and Canada.
I like quiet systems, clear notes and inboxes at zero. Most of all, I like Fridays: the moment I send each client their wrap‑up and they can see their week, handled.

How I work.
Three habits that make handing off feel safe, from the first week.
Everything in writing
Your tasks, your preferences and every process live in one shared document. Nothing depends on my memory or yours.
Every hour tracked
I track time to the quarter hour and show it in your Friday note, so your invoice never surprises you.
Safe by default
NDA before access, logins through a password manager with two-factor authentication, and access removed the day we stop.
You always work with me. Priya and Lauren cover vacations and specialist work, under the same NDA.
